Job Description:
1. Maintain professional relationships with tenants, staffs and others dealing with.
2. Framing of contracts, negotiation with different parties
3. Responsible to maintain good relationship with leasing agents and updating them with vacancies if any
4. Conduct property inspection and prepare reports on regular basis assuring properties are maintained as per owner standards
5. Identify and correct/plan of correction of physical property needs, operational procedures etc.,
6. Maintain effective communication with tenants and maintain appropriate documentation for all critical needs
7. Carryout supervisory responsibilities for the staffs

Job Description:
